Really nice rooms, good breakfast, lovely staff good value for money. only issue was the water wasnt hot on the second day but everything else was great. :)

We stayed here for the Glasgow Sam Fender gig and found the rooms clean and thoughtfully equipped. The location was great- not too far from the gig and central for Glasgow generally. The staff at reception and breakfast were all very helpful and made our trip worthwhile. Would recommend and will definitely return for my next Glasgow trip. Thanks ☺️

Brilliant hotel, we stayed here for 1 night and all staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, would definitely come back.

Nice hotel, clean room, but no hairdryer, and the bed was not comfortable, nor the pillows. Buffet breakfast a bit underwhelming and didn't see the waffle maker until too late! Will probably stick with Premier Inn in future.

Great location round the corner from Sauchihall Street and the centre and handy large car park next door- staff friendly and rooms clean and tidy and breakfast choices are fair

A fairly standard Hampton by Hilton hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a bit small but ok for the money and in such a central location. There's a tiny bit of noise from the streets but nothing that will bother you - the windows are well insulated. The breakfast was a very decent standard with plenty of choice to suit all preferences. The staff are lovely and give a warm welcome.

This is the last time I will ever visit the hotel, I give them the laundry and they give it back with black stains all over it. They told us that they will contact us regarding this issue and still nothing has been done.

Hospitality at it’s finest!
We arrived early sunday morning with a flight from Amsterdam. Entered the hotel around 9.30AM, hoping to store our luggage. To our surprise the room was already available and we were checked in straight away.

This is by far one of the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. The rooms are small, no refrigerator, sketchy neighborhood, loud clubs next door at night and terrible service. Housekeeping is the worse as displayed by my photo. Stay away!

I am a frequent guest of Hampton Inns and other Hilton properties. This was my worst experience. I stayed one night and transferred to another hotel. The bed was old tired, lumpy and I could feel every spring. The pillows so hard, that I emptied the pillow case and stuffed it with my puffer jackets. The desk service was lousy. They saw me struggling to drag my bags up the front steps. No one came to assist. I asked and they said there was no accessible entrance. To add insult to injury, on check-out the following morning, I said to the clerk, too bad you don't have an accessible entry. She responded, "oh, would you like me to unlock the side street door." And so she did. Why could the afternoon clerk who checked me in not have done the same.
